AKIS Paint and Chemical Company, was established on 12.000m2 land space in Bursa/Turkey, at 1982. The production includes paints, varnishes, putties and solvents for Building, Industry, Furniture, Automotive and Isolation sectors as well as solvent and water based resins and colorants. AKIS is few of the paint producers in Turkey, which can produce its own required water and solvent based resins
and color pastes and production is based on ISO 9001 Quality System.
AKIS brought Turkey, the world’s leading industrial paint manufacturer Carboline through a licensing agreement in 2011. AKIS with the license agreement consolidate a strong position in industrial painting market and aiming to move forward with innovative coating technologies and supply wide product range with fire proofing and global test certificates.
The main advantage of AKIS is its fast and reliable service. Due to its patented mix system technology, since 2003, AKIS has been trying to turn all of its clients into small sized manufacturers. Currently there are 200 mix machines all around Turkey and Cyprus. With this system, customers can tint all kinds of industrial bases
On the other hand, AKIS has its own training center within the plant. The Centre is planned according to the European standards and designed to give an education program about all kinds of paints to 10 people per day.
AKIS provides service to 1500 Sellers from Ankara, Istanbul, Bursa, Izmir and Adana District Branches. From these branches, AKIS can reach not only all around Turkey but also exports nearly 15 countries.
